The general terms and conditions described in this document in combination with the Privacy Policy, the Returns and Cancellations Policy, and the description of the Delivery and Payments procedures, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Terms and Conditions", describe your rights and obligations to use the platform. If you do not agree with the content of any of these policies and/or procedures, you are not entitled and please do not use the platform.

General

eMALLcyprus is a Cypriot online department store, through which sellers showcase their products or services that the buyer can order and pay online. eMALLcyprus includes products exclusively from local stores and professionals. The sellers are thoroughly screened by us for their professionalism and reliability, so you can be sure of the security of your transactions and that you will have the best possible service both before and after your purchases.

Through the online platform a relationship of supply and demand of goods is established between the seller and the consumer. eMALLcyprus is not the seller of the goods and for this reason, we cannot and do not take any responsibility for the products, their correct delivery or for any other legal relationship between the buyer and the seller.

A purchase agreement is concluded between each seller and the buyer, which enters into force upon acceptance of the order by the seller. The products are packaged and shipped directly from the respective seller without the intervention of eMALLcyprus. The seller must send the products to the buyer within the agreed time and using the method chosen by the buyer.

Within the platform you will find the main features of the products, the price and other relevant information provided by the sellers. The price listed is final and includes all taxes. Shipping costs, where they apply, are calculated depending on the shipping method you choose at the "checkout". We have made every effort to make the colors in the photos as close to reality as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the accurate display of colors on your screen. The colors on the screen may differ depending on the screen settings and the resolution.

Contacting the seller

If you require additional information about a product, you can contact the seller directly from the product page. Some stores also publish additional contact details such as their telephone phone number, address, etc. but in order to be able to provide you with the best possible support, we suggest that any communication with the seller is performed through the platform. Note that the platform administrator can also access any of your conversations with sellers.

User Account

We recommend creating a user account to make a purchase. You must be at least 18 years old to register. The information submitted during registration must be true and complete. The user bears the exclusive responsibility for the account and should safeguard the user credentials.

Through the user account, you can place an order, track the progress of your order and view information about your previous purchases. You can also contact the seller through the user account for any issue related to your order.

User Reviews

eMALLcyprus constantly seeks your comments and reviews to improve our services. After each purchase you will be able to evaluate the seller in terms of the quality of services and products offered to you. W ekindly ask for your justified comments and fair rating. The administrator evaluates the reviews before posting them on the platform in order to protect the sellers from unfair or inaccurate reviews.

If you encounter any problems with your received products or for any reason you are not happy with a product you received, you should immediately contact the seller who will make sure to serve you in the best possible way. If you are not satisfied with the solution suggested by the seller, contact eMALLcyprus customer service (customer.support (at) emallcyprus.com). We will mediate with the store to find the best solution. Please do not perform any negative reviews before contacting the seller and eMALLcyprus.

Seller’s terms and conditions

Each seller has the right to set different terms and conditions for your legal relationship, which will be notified to you and which you will be asked to accept before purchasing the products. Nevertheless, the seller is always obliged to sell his products in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Cyprus.

Modifications in the Terms and Conditions

We have the right to change or supplement the text of the General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Returns and Cancellation Policies, and the description of the Shipping and Payments terms. New texts are always published on the platform and we do not inform about their change in any other way. The rights and obligations are always governed by the most recent version.

When the Terms and Conditions are drafted in many languages, the text of the Greek version is decisive.
