The shipping costs and estimated delivery time are calculated at checkout.
Shipping is possible in all areas of Cyprus which are under the control of the Republic.
We deliver directly to your door or at any of more than 100 pick-up points throughout Cyprus.
Possibility to pick-up the product directly from the seller's store, if this is your preferred option.
At eMALLcyprus we always strive to provide safe, reliable and fast customer service. For this reason, all shipments are performed by selected courier companies which you chose when completing your order, based on the options offered by each store. The cost of shipping depends on the method you choose, the number of sellers from whom you have added products to your order and the weight of the products. The final cost is automatically calculated during "Checkout" before the completion of the order. Where applicable, you always have the possibility to pickup your order directly from the store, if that is your preferred option, without of course incurring any shipping charges.
You will need to present your proof of purchase and your ID card when picking up a pre-paid order at the store.
All orders of “In stock” items are delivered to the courier company on the same or next business day. Orders by "Cash On Delivery" will be dispatched following phone confirmation by the vendor on the next working day after order placement. The shipping companies we work with guarantee the delivery of the products within a maximum of three working days, although depending on the chosen method and place of delivery, you may receive your order even on the same day. Delivery time may be slightly longer during periods of discounts, special offers or other unforeseen conditions.
Products that are only available on back-order (always displayed on the product page) are shipped within maximum 15 days. Orders, shipments and order deliveries are not performed on weekends or public holidays.
In all cases, as soon as your order is shipped you will receive a relevant notification by e-mail.
At the moment, eMALLcyprus delivers its products only in Cyprus.
PAYMENT
Use a safe payment method, in agreement with the seller.
Alternatively, you can pay the courier during delivery either by card or cash.
Your receipt will be within the package together with your product.
Our stores offer Cash On Delivery (COD) as a payment option. If at checkout you do not see this option, it is because one or more of the stores whose products you have in your cart do not offer this option.
Some sellers and for some products, prepayment may be required (either the full amount or a partial deposit).
If you choose Cash On Delivery as your payment option, payment must be made to the courier company upon receipt of the product or to the store if you choose to pick up your product in person.
You should confirm availability and pick-up time with the seller before going to the store as sellers will not reserve unpaid items for ever!
The purchase receipt will be sent to you by the store within the package along with your product.
