Our goal is that every customer is fully satisfied with each and every purchase made on eMALLcyprus. If for any reason this does not happen, you have the right to return the products to the store from which the purchase was made.

Returns of defective items


1 Communicate directly with the seller of the item and inform about the defect.
2 Securely pack the defective item.
3 Do not forget to include the proof of payment you received from the seller.
4 Send the parcel to the address indicated by and using the service agreed with the seller.

We pay attention to the quality of the brands hosted by eMALLcyprus and our sellers meticulously check each product before sending. However, if the product you received is defective or does not correspond to the product you have ordered, let us know within 3 days of receipt and we will make sure to correct the mistake to your complete satisfaction.

Contact directly the seller of the product, informing about the defect, through the field "Communication" which you will find in your eMALLcyprus account in the relevant order (My account --> My orders --> order ID --> Communication). For a more immediate service, you can follow up with the store either by phone or in person. The contact details of each seller are available on the order invoice. The seller will in turn suggest a number of alternatives always in the interest of providing the best possible service.

For postal return, pack the defective product in a secure package and do not forget to include the purchase receipt in the package. Send the parcel to the address and using the service which will be agreed with the seller, at the recipient's expense as shipping costs for defective products are borne by the seller. Shipments to the wrong address or by means not agreed with the seller may not be received. After the seller confirms the receipt of the product, the refund will be issued within 7-10 working days.

Returns of non-defective products


1 Communicate directly with the seller of the item and inform about your choice to withdraw.
2 We recommend using the withdrawal form which we provide.
3 Securely pack the item, ensuring it remains in its original sellable condition.
4 Include the proof of payment you received from the seller and the filled-in withdrawal form.
5 Send the parcel to the address indicated by and using the service agreed with the seller.

If for any reason you wish to return a non-defective product, contact directly the seller of the product informing about your withdrawal decision through the field "Contact" which you will find in your eMALLcyprus account in the relevant order (My account --> My orders --> order ID --> Communication). We suggest you use the model Withdrawal Form which is available here. For more immediate service, you can follow up with the store either by phone or in person. The contact details of each seller are available on the order invoice.

You must return the product in its original condition and in its original packaging within 14 calendar days of receipt. If the expiration of the 14-day period coincides with a weekend or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. The return must be accompanied by the proof of your purchase.

The consumer bears the responsibility for the safe return of the products and the cost of returning the non-defective products.

Once the seller receives the product and confirms that it is in marketable condition, the seller will proceed with issuing a refund. You will be reimbursed for the cost of purchasing the product as well as the initial shipping costs that correspond to the most economical option offered by the seller when purchasing the product, including the store pick-up option. Your refund method will be agreed with the seller. 

If the seller finds that the returned goods are damaged, worn, dirty, or with damaged packaging or other defect which makes the product non-marketable, you are liable to the seller who has the right to refuse your refund and return the product to you at your own expenses.


The right to withdrawal does not apply primarily to:

  • perishable products (e.g. some food products)
  • products which, for reasons of hygiene, cannot be returned (e.g. underwear, cosmetics, earrings)
  • personalized products made to the customer's specifications or designed exclusively for the customer
  • sealed digital products (audio recordings, CDs, videos or software) that the customer has removed from the package
  • newspapers or magazines (although the withdrawal from a subscription may be possible)


Cancelling an order

You can only cancel an order if it has not been shipped, by notifying the seller as soon as possible via the "Communication" tab which you will find within your eMALLcyprus account in the relevant order (My account --> My orders --> order ID --> Communication). Because orders are usually prepared and shipped within a few hours, we advise you to contact the seller by phone as soon as possible to make sure he has been notified of the cancellation of the order. If you have already paid for the order, your refund will be made within 1-3 working days on your card after the successful cancellation of the order. Depending on the selected payment method, any amounts charged by the payments service provider will be deducted from the refunded amount.  

This is the general return policy of eMALLcyprus and applies to all products sold through the platform. In all cases, sellers may publish their own policy which can give additional benefits and options to buyers.
